Dynamic Party Mix
½ cup Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy
6 tbl sp butter or margarine
2 tbl sp worcestershire sauce
3 cups of Chex Corn Cereal
3 cups of Chex Rice Cereal
3 cups of Chex Wheat Cereal
1 cup of mixed nuts
1 cup of bite-sized pretzels
1 cup of bite-sized bagels: plain broken into 1-inch pieces
Heat oven to 250°F. In ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated..
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
Microwave Directions: In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.

Dynamic Salsa
6 cups seeded tomatoes
6 cloves of  chopped garlic
1 cup fresh chopped Cilantro
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
½ cup scallions
¼ cup fresh oregano
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbls chopped jalapeno
4 tbls fresh lime juice
2 tbls  Hot-N-Spicy Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb
Salt and pepper to tastes

Dice veggies and combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill and serve with chips or use as a marinade for beef, fish, poultry.

Dynamic Sweet Potato Fries
2 tbls Olive Oil, for tossing
4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly into French fry style
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. (You can also deep fry the potatoes)
4 ounces Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy

In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with oil. Liberally sprinkle with 2 ounces Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy. On a flat baking sheet spread fries out. Bake approximately 20 minutes turning occasionally until tender and golden brown. Toss with remaining 4 ounces Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy.
To Fry: Preheat 3 cups of peanut or vegetable oil. (Do not pre-toss potatoes in Rubb). Fry potatoes until crisp. Add Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy and toss liberally.

Dynamic Pita chips
1 bag of Pita bread
¼ cup of olive oil
Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cut pita bread into triangles. Brush both side of pita bread liberally with olive oil. Sprinkle Coleman’s Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy on bread on both sides. Spread on cookie sheet and bake till crispy. Enjoy!

Dynamic Crab Cakes
1 lb. lump crab meat (picked free of shells and cartilage)
2 eggs
¼ cup Dynamic RibbRubb Original or Hot-N-Spicy
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped red onions
1 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbls dry mustard
1 teas. red pepper flakes
1 teas. fresh lemon juice
1 chopped garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup of olive oil
Sauté vegetables in a teaspoon of oil until cooked. Set aside until cool. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and fold in all ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix lightly careful not to break up crab lumps. Slowly fold in Panko bread crumbs. Mixture will be moist. Shape into 6 patties. Preheat remaining oil to 350 degrees. Fry on each side for 3 minutes. ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHOD: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crab cakes on greased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
